- Please shower and exfoliate your skin, keep it free of
any lotions, creams, oils and make-up. You may apple clear
nail polish to your nails to help prevent any discoloration
from the solution.
- Wear loose fitting clothes to the session, so that upon
leaving the clothes are less likely to scuff off the product
and treated skin.
- Remove all jewelry, which could block the tanning solution
from penetrating or cause an uneven application or streaking.
- Wear an old, dark colored bathing suit or undergarments
- planning ahead ad to where you want your tan lines- if
any. Please be aware that it is slightly possible that the
garments you may wear during the application, and those
you wear home could become stained by the tanning solution;
depending on the type of fabric- especially if white or
light colored natural fibers. Wash all garments upon returning
home.
- Persons with long hair, especially blonde hair are to
be tied up away from the face and neck to allow ready access
and an even application.
- Please plan your day ahead- do not bathe, swim or otherwise
get wet for at least 6 to 10 hours after application. After
current time, when bathing or showering, you may notice
some color washing off- this is merely the excess.
- Your new tan will begin to fade over the next few days,
but the fading can be slowed by moisturizing regularly.
The tan is only on the uppermost dead skin layer, which
is perpetually being sluffed off. Keeping the skin moisturized
and not exfoliating will slow this process; this can extend
your tan for 10 days or more.
- To achieve the darkest, longest lasting tan, the client
should be tanned again within 4 or 5 days of the first application.
Also, using tan extender between applications will give
the tanned skin a darker and more even appearance.
- Come back within 24 hours from your application and any
touch-ups needed are free. Please call or speak to one of
our professionals for an appointment. For cancellation please
call within 24 hours of your appointment, there is a $20
cancellation fee. Enjoy your sunless tan!
